It started with a simple dream from The Solis family: to create a modern, luxurious, and accessible home base for surfers, travelers, and ocean lovers visiting Surf City. When we first found this location down the street minutes from the world-class breaks, we knew we had to build something special. We wanted to blend high-end, newly constructed comfort with laid-back, adventurous spirit of the Salvadoran coast. After years of planning and building, our newly built getaway finally came to life.
